Water saving pack ordering prize draw terms

1. These terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to this competition, being run by Yorkshire Water Services Limited ("Yorkshire Water"), a company with its registered address at Western House, Western Way, Halifax Road, Bradford, BD6 2SZ. Participants shall be bound by these rules upon entering the competition and are advised to read and understand these terms and conditions (T&Cs) before entering.
2. The prize draw can be entered by ordering a water saving pack via yorkshirewater.com/save-water or via savewatersavemoney.co.uk/free-water-saving-packs or by completing and posting back one of the “Save a little, Save a lot” water saving leaflets. Entrants will be required to leave their personal details as set out on the form. Entry into this competition will be considered as acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. The competition is open to Yorkshire Water domestic customers only.
4. Kelda Group staff and partners are not eligible to enter the competition.
5. Entry to this competition opens on July 1^st 2015 and close at midnight on March 31^st 2016
6. Yorkshire Water reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw.
7. After the closing date stated above, one winner will be chosen at random by Yorkshire Water and they will be notified by email no later than Friday April 18^th 2016
8. The prize consists of £250 of DIY vouchers delivered to the winners Yorkshire home.
9. The winner authorises Yorkshire Water to publish his or her name when announcing the winner of the prize draw without prior permission or financial compensation or the attribution of rights other than the prize awarded, and those rights protected by current data protection legislation. Yorkshire Water may use your details for marketing purposes in accordance with these T&Cs.
10. Yorkshire Water may use the winner's name in future publicity or promotional material, and entrants agree to such usage by participating in the prize draw.
11. Yorkshire Water reserves the right to cancel, extend the period of participation or alter in any way whatsoever the terms and conditions of this competition. Yorkshire Water cannot be held responsible if for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Yorkshire Water, the competition should be modified, shortened or cancelled. The terms and conditions will be available on our website at any time during the competition.
12. Yorkshire Water accepts no responsibility for ineligible entries or items that go missing in the post. Yorkshire Water shall have no responsibility to any extent to any entrant or to any third party for any reason whatsoever to the extent that such liability may arise from any competition to which these rules apply.
13. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, in part or otherwise to what is available in this competition.
14. Details of the winners can be obtained by writing to: Water Saving Survey Prize Draw, c/o Yorkshire Water, Communications Team, Western House, Halifax Road, Bradford, BD6 2LZ (and including a stamped addressed envelope).
15. In case of any dispute relating to this competition the laws of England and Wales will apply, and the matter will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
