Our standard delivery cost for smaller deliveries (usually by post) is £4.99 and for medium to larger deliveries (usually by courier) is £15, however this may vary depending on which part of the county you live in.
To understand the exact cost of delivery to your chosen address please check your basket, by clicking on the shopping cart in the top right hand corner of the website. Type your post code into the box marked delivery and click apply. This will then give you the exact delivery cost you will pay for all the items you order in the delivery column.
Please note that although we deliver to the whole of the UK the following post codes may require a special delivery, depending on what products you order:
AB, BT, DD, HS, IV, KW, LL, PA, PH, SY and ZE
If you live in one of these areas and your delivery price in the basket is showing POA (Price On Application) please contact our customer service team on 0345 371 0728 and one of our water saving specialists will be able to quote an exact price and organise delivery.
Unfortunately at present we are unable to deliver goods outside of the UK.
Aside from smaller items such as taps and accessories which can be delivered by post or standard courier, your bathroom products will be delivered via ‘palette’ deliveries. This means items are delivered to the front of your property or garage. Our delivery drivers are unfortunately not insured to carry items inside your property. All our delivery drivers operate alone. They will be as helpful as possible but may require assistance with heavy loads.
You will be contacted, after making your purchase, to arrange a suitable delivery time (between Monday and Friday).
Although every effort will be made to deliver your items on the date specified. Please refrain from booking tradesmen until all goods have been received and checked. Save Water Save Money Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss.
Please make sure yourself or a nominated representative, is available on the agreed date at the point of delivery, to sign for and accept the goods ordered. Failure to do so will result in the delivery being returned.
Should you not be available to accept the delivery on the arranged day you may be liable for a re-delivery charge of £35.
Most orders placed before 12.00pm Mon-Fri will arrive the next working day.
Orders placed from 12.00pm Fri – 12.00pm Mon will arrive on Tuesday with the following post code exceptions: AB, BT, DD, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, TD, and Isle of Wight.
All deliveries will include your product(s) being sited in the room of your choice and packaging removed for recycling. An email and text message advising of the scheduled time slot for your delivery will be sent to you the evening prior to your delivery date.
Please note the 60 minute time slots are approximate and should be used as a guide only. Should you not be available to accept the delivery on the arranged day you may be liable for a re-delivery charge of £35.
The delivery teams are instructed to unpack your product, if they do not offer this service please remind them that you have paid for this service.
Please inspect all items on delivery and report any problems immediately.
Please note you must inform us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery, any damage reported after this may not be accepted.
All our compost bins and water butts are delivered by courier. Generally they are delivered within 10 days, however due to the popularity of our water butts especially in the spring, we advise that it may take up to 28 days for you to receive your goods. If your order is taking longer than this, then please email email@example.com with your order number and we'll be happy to update you on the progress of the order.
Should you not be available to accept the delivery on the arranged day, a further delivery will be arranged and attempted, if you are still not available may be you may be liable for a re-delivery charge of £15.
All Free Pack items are delivered by post and will fit through a letter box. For all items that are offered for free, please allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date the order is placed. If you wish to track the progress of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll be happy to help. Alternatively you can use our Order Tracking Service (please note your order number should only include numbers not letters ie. SWSM 123456)
Please note Free Pack Items can only be delivered to the address the water company supplies. If you are ordering for a 2nd home please order to this address not your main home – items do not need to be signed for.

To achieve these high standards we work hard with our suppliers to reduce deliveries into as a fewer trips as possible, saving on delivery miles. Many of our products are delivered direct from the manufacturer to your door, reducing your goods carbon footprint from transport costs.
This does however mean that you may order several items from our website which are all being delivered by different suppliers in different parts of the country, under these circumstances we cannot always pass on a discount on delivery of multiple items.
