By accepting a free water butt through this giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Ownership: The water butt becomes your property upon delivery. Yorkshire Water does not retain any ownership rights or responsibilities for the water butt.
2. Maintenance: You are solely responsible for the installation, upkeep, and maintenance of the water butt. Yorkshire Water will not provide ongoing support or repairs.
3. Liability: Yorkshire Water accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use, installation, or maintenance of the water butt.
4. Usage: The water butt is intended for rainwater collection only. It should not be used for drinking water or any other purpose that could pose a health risk. This water butt is designed as part of a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS). It will collect rainwater and slowly release excess water back into the drainage network to help manage surface water. You may also use the stored water for watering plants and other garden purposes.
