Here at Save Water Save Money Ltd we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We work really hard to try to source only the best products for our website and to describe them as fully as possible. However we do understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt and the order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email as you will need these as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

For bathroom product delivered by courier or palette delivery all products must be inspected by the customer on delivery. Please report any problems immediately by email to

You must notify us about a product delivered being faulty within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right not to accept any products where the packaging is damaged or defaced and therefore unsuitable for resale.

If you wish to return your order

If you wish to return an item then you must notify us as soon as possible for return instructions at contacting us regarding a possible return, please provide the following details:

  1. Your full contact details
  2. Details of the products(s) that you wish to return
  3. The reason for return
  4. Date of purchase
  5. Order/invoice number

Return of Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect all items on delivery and report any problems immediately by email to You must notify us about a product being delivered visibly damaged within 48 hours of delivery.

For larger items such as Appliances and Bathroom Products you are asked to check that the goods as delivered are in accordance with the delivery manifest and sign one copy of the delivery manifest to be returned to the delivery driver. This is to ensure that you are happy with your delivery and confirm that no items were damaged during transit. Obvious damages that are not reported on the manifest and not reported to us within 48 hours will not be covered by Save Water Save Money’s returns policy.

If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course send a replacement or give a full refund. Faulty goods claims must be made by email stating the reason for return.

We will then inform you where the unit must be returned to and how to return it – a postage paid envelope will be sent to you or reasonable postage costs will be paid to return the item(s) if we confirm that the product is in fact defective. For larger items that have been delivered by courier we will arrange for a collection of the faulty products. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the notification email.

Delivery is calculated at a set amount depending on the items ordered and the delivery post code. On your invoice and confirmation this may be set against your first purchase; with additional items listed as Free*. Please note: a refund on one item in your basket will not refund the delivery as this is calculated on the overall order.

Any product fitted, which is found to be defective, will not be collected under any circumstances. We will assist in liaising with the manufacturers of such items.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to either refund the purchase price, replace or repair the product and exclude any claim for consequential loss or damage.

A strict no returns policy applies to all special orders.

Return of Non Faulty Goods

Please be aware that unfortunately Save Water Save Money will not pay for the return postage charges you may incur for non-faulty returns.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery, or 10 days from the date of order, whichever is longer. You must notify us with the reason for the return to Items must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for returning the goods to Save Water Save Money Ltd at your own expense. Returns must be suitably packaged and postage must be paid by the customer.

For items offered with ‘free delivery’ we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £2.00 on any non-faulty returns.

For large items such as kitchen appliances and bathroom products you may be subject to a ‘restocking fee’ to cover the cost of returning the item. The cost will be based on the actual cost of returning the item. Save Water Save Money Ltd does not profit from ‘restocking’ fees or delivery collections. For all of the RAK Ceramics orders a £42 collection charge will be charged and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all of the orders returned.

You must return your purchase unused and in its original packaging, accompanied with a note of your order number, reason for return and a statement whether you require a refund or replacement.

Should you decide to return goods via a courier service of your own choice then please note that this is done entirely at your own risk and cost, and you should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage / delivery for your reference. Always inform our customer care team regarding the details of any goods you intend to return. Please note that we can only accept returns from registered courier services, and that customers are unable to return items in person.

If satisfied with the condition of the returned items, we will refund you the original cost of the purchase but not the delivery charge.

If we have made a mistake or the item is damaged or defective you will need to contact us by email or post before we agree to receive such goods. Under these conditions and following receipt and dependent on our pursuant investigations we will reimburse reasonable postage charges you incurred in returning the item to us.

The goods must be returned to us as delivered, with the original undamaged packaging. If any damages occur during transit the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given. If you wish to return goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, or 10 days after they were ordered, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days.

Refunds are made by the same method used to make the initial order. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification If we receive a unit back which we have not been notified of prior to it being sent, a refund will not be issued.
