Can you advise on how ecologically-friendly the Hand Pump Pressure Washer is?
The pressure washer is made from Polypropylene and imported by road from Poland, so there is of course a carbon footprint to take into account. However, since it requires neither electricity nor a hosepipe, and delivers water in a measured and optimal way, we believe it saves energy and water compared with alternative methods (i.e. hosepipe or electrical pressure washers).

With the Eco-Balls would it be OK to use fabric softener?
You can use fabric softener with Eco-Balls. The manufacturer says:
You should find that the garments are naturally soft without the use of fabric softener. If you do miss the synthetic smell we suggest that you only use an Eco softener such as Ecover, but do not add it to the wash. When the wash is complete remove the Ecoballs add the softener and switch the machine on to a short rinse.
What would I actually be receiving with a Callistemon plant order ... a pot with seeds? Or a plant?
Callistemon comes as a plant, not seeds, and therefore we ship direct from the nursery in Southern England.
I have purchased the Impulse Zeto bathroom suite from your website and would like you to confirm that the toilet seat is included.
Yes, a standard toilet seat is included with this purchase, however you may wish to upgrade to a Deluxe Seat Cover with Stainless Steel Hinges or Duraplas Seat Cover with Slow Close Hinges.
How long until my item ships?
Most items are dispatched to the customer within 10 working days of your order being received. For all items that are offered for free, please allow up to 28 days for delivery from the date the order is placed.
I am located outside the UK and I am interested in one of your products. Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do deliver our products outside the UK. However, this would attract an additional postage charge which may prove to be quite expensive. Please email your details to customerservice@savewatersavemoney.co.uk so that we can generate a shipping quote.
I have ordered a product on your website but I haven’t received the confirmation email. Please help.
When you make a purchase, we always send out an email sales receipt confirming your purchase, billing and delivery address details. You may find the receipt end up in your spam/junk mail box – it’s worth taking a look. Otherwise, please drop us an email with your purchase details and we will re-send you the confirmation email.
What happens if my product is not in stock?
Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period, we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
What if I receive my product damaged?
Please open all deliveries as soon as they arrive – you have 7 days to notify us of any damage. Please do not install any product if it’s damaged, as once it’s installed we cannot rectify any problems.
How can I cancel an order I've just placed?
Email customerservice@savewatersavemoney.co.uk as soon as possible. If you contact us immediately, we can attempt to void your payment.
I live in the Channel Islands - is there an additional charge for delivery?
Please note that delivery to Guernsey or Jersey will command a surcharge on your total order – we will contact you after making your purchase to organize payment of this surcharge. We will always endeavor to charge the actual additional postage at cost based on the weight of the items you have selected. All delivery dates are approximate.
