Introducing the NEW Five Setting Water Efficient Handheld Shower Head from Flowpoint. It's water efficient because it mixes more air with the flow of water than standard shower heads. Meaning the shower will retain its power, while you'll use less water. In fact 7 or 8 litres a minute compared with other showers that can be as high as 15 litres a minute.
